This hotel is fantastic and easily worthy of 5 stars. The whole place is stylish and immaculate, the staff are incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly, and the hotel is in a perfect position in Rome to walk to pretty much any of the main sightseeing spots and 100s of restaurants. We'd arranged through the reception for a transfer from the airport from one of their drivers. An extra cost, but felt like an exclusive treat. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica, who took us upstairs to the hotel restaurant, gave us coffee and pastries and went though the general hotel information and where the hotel was in relation to the various places of interest. She let us know that the staff were happy to make dinner reservations, arrange/book tours or taxis. As we had booked our various activities in advance we were already sorted, but it was nice to know they were there to help. We were shown to our room, which was beautifully presented with more welcome pastries and fruit. The room had lots of other nice little touches, such as robes, slippers, eye masks, a coffee machine and both still and sparkling bottles of water (which were replaced daily). They even left Valentines Day balloons in the room. We had pre-booked a meal at the hotel restaurant for the first night (this was done with ease simply by emailing the reception). The food was great - we had a mixed salad and the Cacio e Pepe, which was very tasty. We also enjoyed the focaccia bread which had been made on site that day. The restaurant itself was relaxing and comfortable and the staff were again lovely. Breakfast was served in the same restaurant and there were some nice options to choose from. The weather was (just about) warm enough to enjoy it outside on the terrace which was an added bonus to be able to sit outside. I imagine it would be brilliant in the summer. We also had a cocktail up in Jim's Rooftop bar on the first night, which was good too. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel...

My stay at the Singer Palace Hotel in Rome from December 27th to 31st was an experience that went far beyond my expectations, transforming our end-of-year celebration into an unforgettable memory. Celebrating our 11th anniversary, we were looking for something special, and this hotel delivered a platinum experience that was truly exceptional. The hospitality at Singer Palace is unparalleled. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Their friendly and welcoming approach made every interaction delightful, contributing to a festive and joyous atmosphere befitting the season. The highlight of our stay was how the hotel staff made our anniversary celebration extraordinary. They arranged a special dinner, complete with a beautifully decorated cake and flowers, demonstrating a level of personal care and creativity that deeply touched us. Their helpfulness in selecting these items showed their commitment to making our stay memorable. The excellence of Singer Palace Hotel is evident in every detail. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and professional, making us feel valued and respected every time we stepped in or out of the hotel. This high standard of service is a clear reflection of the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Housekeeping also deserves commendation. Our room was not only tidy but also maintained a pleasant fragrance throughout our stay, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Rome, adding to the convenience of our stay. And when it came to dining, the hotel's restaurant was a standout. The ravioli was so exquisite that it became my nightly choice - a testament to the culinary excellence on offer.

Clean, central, and luxurious property, with a keen attention to details, offering stellar service. You get the sense that this hotel is family owned because it is. The water pressure in the bathrooms was incredible; like an aqueduct fed each bathroom independently! The candied hazelnuts in the suite were divine. The Ortigia products they offer guests are high quality and lovely. The staff are phenomenal, like…all of them, except for the overzealous housekeeping lady who kept phoning the front desk that we were not out of our room at 12:00 pm sharp. We ended-up checking-out with our three little 50 minutes past the check-out time, however, we felt that for the price and amazing experience we had overall at the property, that this was an area of service they could work on. Most properties will offer a late check-out, or offer an hour of additional time if requested, but not here. They really didn’t need to call our room 5 - 6 times to ask us if we were ready to check-out yet, to prepare an already tidy room for a 3:00 pm check-in for the next guest. A little flexibility here would go a long way, within reason of course. Also, our second bathroom had a smell emanating from the room though we never actually used this bathroom since the issue was never resolved, though they did bring us an oil diffuser to mask the scent, which quite frankly, didn’t work. Lol. The restaurant on the 5th floor offers amazing service though the menu is a little limiting and the fresh fruit could be of a higher quality (not ripe/sweet; blueberries, melons, and pineapple) but the raspberries were good. Overall, a 9/10, because they’re almost perfect with just a few minor tweaks.

Great location. It only has 29 rooms, so lovely and personal, not too big . Incredible staff, all so helpful. If you wish you can have a pre- holiday call, which l did with Silvia, who was very interested in making your stay special. Also Silvia sent through information on tours, restaurants and then made bookings accordingly. Also arranged airport transfers, which were spot on time. The staff made this holiday special for us. One of the waiters Alex was also amazingly helpful. I have never experienced anything like it, from any other hotel. They were all so courteous, polite, kind and welcoming. Our room was lovely, with added touches, flowers, Prosecco, small cakes, berry fruits, tea, coffee-perfecto ! Breakfast was delicious as were our meals in the evenings, where you can sit outside on the terrace. Also a lovely roof top bar, with lovely treats to go with your drinks. I was sad to leave.

The hotel was amazing, staff very attentive and knew every detail about our stay -great listeners! The breakfast oh my goodness we have travelled but this was simply sensational! Nothing in the hotel was ever too much trouble - would highly recommend and would come back - perfect location for exploring Rome-only a few negative points to feedback - we could not here any noise outside and we were right in the road but we could hear the man going to the toilet above us! No very nice- inside is nosy especially in the morning when you may want a lie in ☹️ the the hotel said it had a gym but when we went it didn’t we had to use a gym near by about 5-10 min walk so that was disappointing as this was one of the booking criteria for us. But apart from that fabulous stay!!
